We looked at hot tubs all over the Appleton area, and I'm very happy that Hot Tub Medic was recommended. Don't waste your time going to any other place. Josh is the most knowledgeable of anyone we spoke with from any place. This place only sells high quality and very reliable hot tubs, and there is a great selection. Customer service is top notch. I highly recommend going here!

Convenient, reliable, quality service. We waited 3 weeks from a different company, to be told we were out of the service area. Within a week our tub was fixed on the first trip to the house. No waiting for parts, and the tub is working hood as new! Thanks for making my week!

Bought my first tub...terrific! Then discovered the Bullfrog...wanted that one....no problem....upgraded without a hitch! Fantastic tub...fantastic service....no leaks, no issues. They did excellent work delivering first tub, and again with the second tub! I LOVE this place....honest, fast, great products and they care about their customers! They know their stuff! I even went back and bought a Green Mountain Grill from them. Way to go Hot Tub Medic!
